MuseumHub - Pricing & Partnership
Enterprise Partnership Model

Transparent pricing for
complex operations.

We don't sell "seats." We sell a complete digital transformation. Our pricing is designed to replace your legacy infrastructure while lowering your Total Cost of Ownership.

The Architecture

HubSpot is the Engine.
MuseumHub is the Transmission.

Many museums look at HubSpot and think, "This looks powerful, but does it handle timed ticketing? Does it understand membership tiers?"

That is why MuseumHub exists. We are the invisible layer of code, automations, and integrations that sits on top of HubSpot to make it perfect for museums "out of the box."

One Contract, Two Licenses: You purchase a HubSpot license (the base software) and a MuseumHub license (the operational logic). We help you secure non-profit discounts for both.

The "Legacy Tax" vs. The Modern Way

Most museums don't realize how much they are paying for "glue"β€”the servers, the consultants, and the third-party tools needed to make legacy systems work.

Pricing Questions

Do I pay HubSpot directly?

Yes. We believe in transparency. You will have a direct contract with HubSpot (often with our exclusive non-profit discount applied) and a separate contract with MuseumHub for the museum layer and support.

Is there a transaction fee on tickets?

MuseumHub does not charge per-ticket fees. However, your payment processor (Stripe/Shopify) will have standard credit card processing fees (usually ~2.2%). We don't take a cut of your revenue.

Can we phase the rollout?

Yes. Many clients start with Marketing & Fundraising to clean up their data, and roll out Ticketing & POS in Phase 2.
