Nonprofit Tech Shop, operating as a DBA of Digital Reach Online Solutions, recognizes the importance of your privacy and takes user privacy very seriously. We are dedicated to protecting your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Thank you for visiting the Nonprofit Tech Shop website. A reference to “Nonprofit Tech Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “the Company” is a reference to nonprofittechshop.com and the relevant affiliates involved in processing activities. At Nonprofit Tech Shop, we take your privacy and your trust very seriously. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you, our practices for collecting, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing your personal information, and your rights in relation to the personal data (“Personal Data”) we hold.
Nonprofit Tech Shop complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. Nonprofit Tech Shop has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. This Privacy Policy supersedes any previous Privacy Policy draft. The following policies are only in effect for the Sites.

In summary, Nonprofit Tech Shop will only use Personal Data in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by you. In accordance with applicable

You have the option to opt out of any secondary communications such as promotional communications by clicking on "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any Nonprofit Tech Shop promotional email.
Further, consistent with international legislation, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.
