Membership Questions
Can we handle Gift Memberships?
Yes. The purchaser can buy a membership for someone else. The system holds the "Activation" until the recipient redeems it, ensuring the 12-month clock starts when they actually join.
Do I have to use MuseumHub for Ticketing?
No. We have "Hybrid" deployments where we handle Membership and Fundraising in HubSpot, but sync membership status to external ticketing tools like Ticketure or ACME.
How do we handle complex tiers?
You can set unlimited rules. "Student" gets 1 ticket, "Gold" gets 4 tickets + Parking. The system enforces these rules across online sales and the box office.
