Use tasks to honor stewardship commitments
Staff can create and surface reminders to send an impact report, introduce a program director, confirm sponsor recognition, schedule an annual donor call, resolve a member issue, share program photos, confirm a grant-report deadline, ask about renewal, review a recurring-donation problem, arrange a volunteer check-in, or provide tax documentation.
Turning promises into owned, dated tasks makes consistent follow-through more likely.
Track services, projects, and relationship commitments
Eligible organizations can configure customer, project or service, and revenue objects in the workspace. For nonprofits, a project or service might represent a grant-funded program, sponsorship-benefit package, partner initiative, membership service, volunteer assignment, donor-restricted initiative, institutional engagement, corporate volunteer day, or event commitment.
A sponsorship relationship may be healthy from a communication perspective while promised benefits remain incomplete. Teams need to see both the relationship and the fulfillment work connected to it.
Track relationship value without reducing it to money
Deals or eligible custom objects can represent sponsorship renewals, annual donations, dues, pledges, grants, recurring contributions, underwriting, or partnership funding.
Financial information supports planning, but a long-term volunteer, community advocate, small recurring donor, or strategic partner may contribute value that is not captured by a revenue total.
