Use guided actions as informed prompts
Guided actions are system-generated recommendations based on CRM activity and configured criteria. They may suggest following up with an engaged Lead, reconnecting with a previously active prospect, responding to recent activity, preparing for a meeting, addressing an opportunity, or completing overdue work.
Super Admins can enable or disable supported actions and adjust certain time frames. These prompts should support staff judgment, not independently decide who deserves attention or determine a person's capacity, generosity, or commitment.
Review the daily schedule and prepare with context
The Schedule tab offers a read-only view of connected calendar events and tasks. Staff can see donor meetings, sponsorship calls, portfolio reviews, site visits, grant conversations, volunteer interviews, stewardship calls, event meetings, deadlines, and required follow-up together.
Before a conversation, users can review giving history, program interests, event and volunteer participation, emails, calls, meetings, tasks, associations, communication preferences, sponsorship history, prior commitments, and information promised by staff.
Playbooks can guide the conversation, while notes and eligible call transcripts preserve what happened. Calendar visibility still depends on proper email and calendar integration.
